Soda Bread
Serves 6:
Nutritional Info per slice:

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of sour cream
2 large eggs
½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
15 grams of coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon stevia or xylitol
180 grams of almond flour
1 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
Grease bread tin and set aside
Preheat oven to 180 C/350 F
Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, stevia and salt in a mixing bowl and thoroughly mix in apple cider vinegar and sour cream.
Whisk eggs in a bowl and add to the mix ensuring it forms a smooth dough and shape into a circular loaf, score an X into the top with a knife
Bake for 25 minutes or until a golden brown colour.
