Berry Smoothie
Serves 1:

Ingredients:
210ml coconut milk (½ can)
100g fresh strawberries
50g fresh blueberries
1-2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients except the lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Use canned coconut milk for a creamier consistency.
Add lime to taste and serve with ice.
