Breakfast Sausage Patties
Serves 1:

Ingredients:
125g pork mince
½ small egg
1 clove garlic
Pinch of dried sage
Pinch of dried thyme
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Pinch of ground cloves
Pinch of fennel seeds
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
2 teaspoons of extra virgin
coconut oil for cooking
Instructions:
Place the ground pork, egg, garlic, herbs and seasoning into a bowl and mix together.
Using your hands, form the mixure into 3 small patties.
Grease a pan with coconut oil and place over a medium-high heat.
Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes each side until cooked through (don't flip too early or they will get stuck on the pan).
