Green Ginger Smoothie
Serves 1:

Ingredients:
150mls tinned coconut milk or coconut cream
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
30g frozen spinach
2 teaspoons of fresh ginger, grated
75mls of water
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients, except the lime Juice, in a blender and blent until smooth.
Add lime to taste and serve.
