Chia Seed Porridge
Serves 1:
Nutritional info per serving:
Carbs: 16 grams

Protein: 8 grams

10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 tbsp milled flaxseeds
2 tbsp milled chia seeds
½ cup almond milk or cream
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and stir well, microwave for 2 minutes or cook on a stove for 5 to 8 minutes.
Top with heavy cream, cinnamon and walnuts if you wish.
