Cherry and Dark Chocolate parfait
Serves 4:
Nutritional info per serving:
Carbs: 11 grams
Fats : 5 grams
Protein: 7 grams

Ingredients:
250g Greek yoghurt
12 cherries, pitted
4 tablespoons flaked coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50g Greek yoghurt & 10 cherries (for layers)
Grated dark chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
Add 250g Greek yoghurt, 12 cherries and vanilla extract to a blender and blend for 20 secs.
Add in flaked coconut and stir in with a spoon.
Spoon this mixture into serving glass.
Add another layer of Greek yoghurt into glass.
Top this layer with pitted cherries.
Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5.
Sprinkle the top with grated dark chocolate (optional) and serve.
