Homemade Chocolates
Serves 6:
Nutritional info per serving:
Carbs: 9 grams
Fats : 25 grams

Ingredients:
100g coconut oil
100g meridian peanut butter
3 tablespoons xylitol
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Melt xylitol in a pan with two tablespoons of water until it runs clear.
Add in peanut butter, coconut oil, cacao powder and vanilla extract and stir until fully liquid.
Allow to cool for 2 to 3 minutes and pour into mould.
Place mould in freezer for 20 minutes or the fridge for 1 hour.
Enjoy as an after dinner treat.
