Firstly, make the courgette spaghetti using a spiraliser, or buy prepared from the fridge section of most supermarkets.
Make the tomato sauce by adding butter, passata, garlic (crushed) and basil (chopped) to a pan and heat until near boiling. Add in the prawns and set to the side to marinate.
In a large pan, melt the coconut oil on medium to high heat. Once melted, add the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. When the broccoli has softened, add in the courgette spaghetti and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the prawns and tomato sauce in with the courgette and broccoli and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Serve immediately on a heated plate and sprinkle with parmesan.
