Homemade Pizza
Serves 2:

Ingredients:
Crust
360 g shredded mozzarella cheese
175 g almond flour
120 grams cream cheese
1 egg
½ teaspoon salt
Topping
225 g Italian sausage
125 ml unsweetened tomato sauce
360 g shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Line baking tray with greaseproof paper
Mix cream cheese, grated cheese almond flour and egg
Place on baking tray and flatten into pizza shape
Please in the over for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add tomato sauce, spreading sauce evenly over pizza base.
Top with cheese, add chorizo and cook for a further 10 minutes
