Buffalo Mozzarella and Tomato Salad

Ingredients:
1 large ball of buffalo mozzarella
1 large beef tomato
100g spinach leaves
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
seasoning
Instructions:
Slice the mozzarella and tomato into 6 slices each.
Place the spinach leaves on a plate and top with tomato and mozzarella slices.
Drizzle olive oil and season to taste.
