Mixed Green Salad With Pecans and Goats Cheese

Ingredients:
90g goats cheese
20g pecan nuts
160g mixed green salad
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh parsley
Instructions:
Prepare the dressing firstly by mixing the oil, parsley and limejuice in a small bowl.
Place the mixed greens in a serving bowl and spoon in the dressing.
Toss the greens with the dressing until fully coated.
Sprinkle pecans and goats cheese across the top of the greens and serve.
