Remove any meat you wish to use from the cooked chickens and
break up the carcasses into 5 or 6 pieces and place in a very large pot.
Fill the pot ¾ full with water.
Turn heat on very low and cook for 12 to 24 hours. It is important to leave the broth cooking for as long as possible (up to 48 hours) as it takes time to draw the marrow out of the bones.
Cover and leave in the fridge for up to one week.
Use a sieve to produce a clear broth.
Consume 3 times daily to treat any gut health issues.
