Vanilla Pecans
Serves 10:

Ingredients:
250 grams of pecans
10 grams Xylitol
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
60 grams of butter
Directions:
Line a baking tray with grese proof paper and preheat oven to 180 C/350 F
Melt the butter on a low heat and stir the xylitol, cinnamon and vanilla into the melted butter, add the pecans and mix well
Spread pecans on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, ensuring they do not burn
Allow to cool and fully harden before placing in an air tight container
