RediCare ControlDTx Wins First Prize at the Centre for Population Health Conference 2024

We’re proud to share that our poster presentation, "Demonstrating Impact at Scale and Reducing Inequalities," was awarded first prize at the recent Centre for Population Health Conference in Bradford. 

The conference brought together professionals from across health and care to discuss practical ways to improve population health and tackle health inequalities. The conference emphasised the importance of prevention and collaboration in achieving a healthier, more equitable society.  

Our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Donal Collins, attended the event to showcase RediCare’s work. His presentation highlighted how our evidence-based programme provides accessible, scalable solutions that empower individuals to improve their health and reduce reliance on already stretched healthcare services. 

About the Conference 

The Centre for Population Health Conference focuses on helping health and care staff across all roles and disciplines, make meaningful progress in improving population health and reducing health disparities. It is clear the challenge lies in translating ambition and existing evidence, into effective action.
