RediCare Data Analyst

RediCare is excited to announce a new opportunity for a remote Data Analyst to join our team. This role will support both our corporate health initiatives and primary care networks, including NHS partnerships. Position Overview

As a Data Analyst at RediCare, you will play a critical role in supporting our diverse range of health initiatives. Your work will span large-scale employee health screenings, corporate wellness programs, and primary care interventions. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying health trends, and creating insightful reports and dashboards that communicate the impact of our programs to clients, including employers, NHS partners, and insurers. Your contributions will directly support our mission to improve health outcomes and operational efficiencies across all sectors we serve.

Position Duties

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Analyzing data sets from both corporate health screenings and primary care interventions to identify trends and insights related to metabolic health and wellness.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), health trends, and program impact to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including corporate clients, NHS partners, and primary care providers, to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Presenting data findings and insights to clients, management, and internal teams, helping them understand the impact of health interventions on both employee populations and patient groups.
  • Supporting the design and evaluation of health programs through robust data analysis, ensuring that our interventions are effective and efficient across all areas of our business.
  • Conducting statistical analysis to assess the effectiveness of health initiatives and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all reports and databases, adhering to data governance standards
  • Assisting in the creation of predictive models to identify health risks and opportunities for early intervention within diverse populations
  • Performing additional duties as identified by management
About You

We seek a proactive, organized Data Analyst who excels in data visualization and clear communication. You will be skilled in transforming complex data into impactful visual insights, driving actionable outcomes, and enhancing the communication of RediCare's program effectiveness to both corporate clients and healthcare partners.

Qualification & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in data analysis and data visualization, with proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, or similar
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to present data insights clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders, including corporate clients, NHS partners, and healthcare professionals
  • Proficiency in SQL with extensive experience in data cleansing, transforming, and ETL processes
  • Experience in analyzing data from both large-scale health screenings and primary care interventions to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage and integrate multiple data sources.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to drive actionable outcomes and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of healthcare metrics, particularly in metabolic health, corporate wellness, and primary care, is a plus
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is advantageous
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data protection regulations, especially in the context of healthcare and employee data.
  • Proficient in technical skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
